If you want to work with a Realtor in Florida who will go Above and Beyond for you and has Great Negotiation skills, then contact Ed Taaffe. We were referred to Ed three months ago as out-of-state buyers who wanted to purchase a vacation home in Florida. Ed immediately contacted us and obtained all of our search criteria. He then began sending us properties to review by email that matched the criteria and gave us plenty of time to respond to him on what we liked. We planned a weekend trip to Florida and scheduled 9 property showings. It was like Ed already knew what we would like and he found us a great property on the water that exceeded every expectation we had. There ended up being multiple offers on the property so Ed suggested that we use an escalation addendum along with the contract. The seller ended up selecting our offer due to the escalation clause. Ed's keen negotiation skills and real estate knowledge made all the difference in us getting the dream vacation we wanted.
