We have had terrible luck with vehicles and dealerships and did a lot of looking around before we were going to make another purchase. We were really impressed when we read the history on this dealership on their website and their background. We decided to give them a try when we found a vehicle we liked. We fell in love with the vehicle and felt confident with them when the salesman said each vehicle is inspected and if they find anything wrong with it they repair it or if it’s too bad they won’t put it on the lot. Not even a week after having it the car started lurching. I thought it was something with the transmission so I took it to our mechanic right away. They noticed the lurching but wasn’t sure what was causing it. They also said it was leaking oil. I called the dealership and after looking into he agreed to look at it because we were not offered a warranty on it nor did we sign papers declining one. They had it almost a week and said they drove it multiple times and didn’t notice the lurching. They said the oil leak was just leftover from what they repaired on it and that it wasn’t leaking oil so basically they did nothing with our car after a week. Well once we got it back it was of course still lurching and now it’s leaking oil all over our driveway. They said since we “declined” the extended warranty that we could bring it there and they could maybe give us a discount on fixing the oil leak. When we asked the salesman what they fixed on it he couldn’t remember and had no record of it. They have been extremely shady and rude to us. I would never buy a car from them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. It’s a shame because we really have had bad luck with dealerships before but I think this one was the worst and I feel like they try to sell you on their website with their integrity.

I do not know what wages cost to ed Morse is trying to save by having no one be able to answer the phone. It is not fair to any customer and or associate you have to have an hour long phone tag transfer service where none picks up the phone all because the one who answers the phone at the is on lunch?. You guys are a car dealership. Your whole business is based off of customer experience, customer satisfaction, reoccurring customers/word of mouth. Straight up failed on all 4 today. No call back required just plan your business better. It’s not the secretaries fault that you as management have no plan to answer phones while they are on lunch.

Did the recall work. But charged me to rotate the tires. Since I drove 90 min to get here to have something fixed that was their responsibility, it would have been nicer if they had done that for free.

I've purchased my last 2 pickups from Kriegers. They are good people and strive to make the customer comfortable and sure of their purchase. Today, Shane Stoltz helped me decide on my 2nd truck from this dealership. Both of my purchases were Used pickups, but they treat everyone like they were buying new. I recommend this dealership to my friends and family and anyone else looking for a deal. The Service department is also very helpful and knowledgeable, they listened to my concerns and wishes on my first purchase, and did everything they could to make me satisfied before I left.

Had an appointment to get tires on my vehicle. When I got there they didn't have the tires so now I have to go back. Got charged a shop fee for no work that was done to my vehicle.

They offer quality service and fast. People are friendly. Kasey, in the service and part department, treated me like we knew each other before. I felt home and can't wait to go back again, in case of a problem. Good job guys, you are the best in Iowa.
