Ed Morse Collision was fabulous throughout the entire process when I needed repairs done to my Tesla. Jennifer was amazing and was on top of our claim every step of the way. She was great at explaining the process and was always sure to make me aware of the timeline for the repairs, even with hurricanes coming through! Definitely recommend if you need any repairs done.

My son had an accident on the way to USF so we had to bring it in to this dealership to get it repaired and it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with this dealership. They are all very attentive and professional in everything was delivered on time and the car looked great after we picked it up. If I could get a call back to find out when and if my car will ever be repaired I could give an honest review of their work but Jennifer refuses to call me back. All the 5 star reviews are seriously puzzling, my experience so far is beyond terrible.

Cannot speak more highly of this place. Had been working with them for a while B2B and their work had always stuck out to me as they are incredibly detail oriented and always had a high level of work quality with the vehicles they completed. When I got into my own accident and had to choose a body shop to take my personal vehicle in, I chose them. Jen made the entire process easy and seamless- no back and forth between me and my insurance company. Despite having an older vehicle with difficult parts to source, Jen and the team were able to get everything in and had my vehicle fixed quickly. Got the car back looking better than it had in years, and Alma took good care of me at the desk. If you’re unlucky enough to find yourself in an accident, this is the place to go.
