I just want to share what a horrible experience I have had from this Dealership. Coming from a someone that works at a dealership I know what service should look like. I bought a truck back in October it’s under full warranty not even 30,000 miles on it and a couple weeks ago, it started having some issues. So I called and brought it in and had to fight to get a rental, this was a Saturday I was told I would receive a call Monday no phone call I was out of town that and after no call all week I called them Friday they didn’t know who I was what my vehicle was or what the issue was said they would call back they never called back so I did and I was told they were looking at it but wouldn’t here anything until the next Monday, next Monday comes around and still no phone call I call Tuesday and couldn’t get ahold of service all day finally did and was told I’m not your advisor I can’t assist you, you will have to wait until tomorrow if u don’t get a call by 8:30 am call us back and of
Course I got no call so I called and she’s like
Sorry we have been so busy haven’t had a chance to look at it so I was lied to about it being looked at the first time, and then was told they would do it today which was Wednesday Thursday comes along and she calls and asked while your in here would you like us to change your oil she said it needed changed I haven’t even put 3,000 miles on my truck she goes I would do it to be safe like I’ll
Go to my own dealership for her to then go on and say sorry we were to busy yesterday we are looking at it today. Friday they call me and tell
Me they have no clue what’s wrong with it without it doing it they can’t do anything but it is not drivable when it happens. I would never go there again to purchase a vehicle or take it to there service department. Unless you expect your vehicle to just sit there with no answers. And to be lied to.

I have never had such a horrible experience buying a car. Bought on 6 /28/24. I have been told they would make it right with me. I've had to put 4 new tires, 4 tire sensors, new timing belt, all new brakes, and new motor. Communication is absolutely not there. I had a meeting with Tom and the manager. They promised me to keep me informed. Never received a phone call. When I called Tom or Hannah they never followed through. I did finally get motor and breaks covered by warranty and manager promised to reimburse me for tires, sensors, and 100 dollar deductible but still waiting. Also still waiting for paperwork from sale and from service department for motor and tires. I would never go back there or recommend ed morse.

Will never recommend this dealership! Had a used car sold to us that the battery died the next day dealership picked it up and fixed the battery along with other compilmentry service. The free oil change they added was done incorrectly leading to the oil being overfilled and the engine blowing. We were offered a mere $50 dollar gift card. Insulted by this we asked by more their final offer was a $1000 dollar check...year later we are still waiting for the check no one at the dealership will even take our calls! Very shady business overall

Wasted an hour of our time and wouldn’t sell a vehicle for the price they advertised it.
Called in to verify a Nissan Rogue was available at a price of $20,495. Test drove it and sat down ready to buy… they came back with a price $6000 over their asking. We said no to the $1500 “accessories” for glass/paint protection and said we'd consider the warranty. They came back and crossed out the accessories but had the price at $4500 over asking because they HAD to include the extended warranty, and when we said no they refused to continue the sale, absolutely ridiculous. Their only response was "Don't you see the value of the warranty".

Don’t trust their advertised prices and be careful to not get scammed.
We wont be back.
