On going issue with screen. Camera doesnt work properly. Have gone in for issues with this since 1st oil change. Still not able to resolve. Was in for service again last week and they opened a case with engineer. Was told it would be a couple days. One week later…still waiting. Meanwhile reverse camera stays on for miles. Also blurry at times and black at others. Now radio stays on when i turn off vehicle and get out. Will stay on until i start engine and shut off again. Called GM several times regarding issue and now I’m getting the run around! Only 17,000 miles on car. It’s been in the shop for well over month total! At least 10 times! Would jot recommend this vehicle

Was bringing truck in for torn cv axle boot. Dealership found it during first oil change and said it needed swapped out for a new one. Part was ordered and they decided not to replace it due to a 2 inch lift block I had installed on the truck. Took vehicle to different GM dealership and was able to get it repaired after a single phone call to higher ups. Will not recommend to anyone for repairs or of purchasing of a vehicle. All about the revenue in their pocket and not the customer.

I purchased a new 2021 GMC Sierra from Krieger Chevrolet GMC. I had my initial test drive on a Monday with Gavin, who was very friendly and personable. He got to know me as a person, what my needs were, and never once asked me what I wanted my payments to be or what I could afford. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to make a decision. I didn't purchase the truck that night and I left the dealership feeling no pressure. I called on Tuesday afternoon and asked Gavin to take the truck home overnight the following day so that I could test drive it at night to check out the lighting package. I was told that isn't something that they normally do but he would check with his manager. Bogey agreed to allow me to take it overnight after providing them some information, proof of insurance and valid DL. That drive sold the vehicle for me. I called Gavin early on Thursday morning to have him prepare the paperwork to close on the deal that afternoon. We closed the deal in about 35 minutes once I arrived. They gave me very good money on my trade, well over KBB and worked with me on the price of the truck. The vehicle was washed detailed while I filled out my paperwork with the finance manager and ready to go after my last signature.

I can't say enough about the team at Krieger's Chevy/GMC, they were for friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my experience. If you are in search of a new or used vehicle I highly recommend you stop by and ask for Gavin, you won't be disappointed.
