Gage Eland made our car buying experience incredibly easy from the moment we walked into the dealership at the end of a rainy Friday night to delivery of our brand new CX 90 on Monday afternoon. Although we have never owned a Mazda previously , we loved the ratings, look (both interior and exterior), functionality and features of this beautiful new vehicle. Jennifer Reynolds was my sales lady on my 2024 cx 5. I called this dealership because I couldn’t find what I wanted at other dealerships. Jennifer was my phone contact, I told her what I wanted and she went right to work and found the vehicle for me. All of the deal was done over the phone and the vehicle was there 2 weeks later. The first time I met Jennifer was the day we picked it up. Jennifer was outstanding in not only finding it but keeping me informed on arrival time. I called her 3 times during the 2weeks and she promptly responded. At delivery she made sure that we knew everything about it and set up the Mazda app. Taking as much time as we needed was no concern to her. She was the most thorough and courteous salesperson I have ever dealt with and comes highly recommended. This was the first time in many years that buying a car wasn’t a hassle. Thank you Jennifer.

Clean, was helped immediately, BUT.......
everyone needs a first chance, I gave it. The sales person was 2 days on the job and had to run back and forth to get my questions answered. He did a good job and will turn out to be a good car salesman

Let me start out by saying we love the Hyundai Santa Fe. There are a few things that could have been much better.
1. Our salesman Paul Paulmas could have been a lot less condescending toward my wife.
2. When we told Paul the tires had to be changed as they were all but worn out that should have been figured in from the start not after the fact.
3. They could have actually serviced the vehicle ie: changed the oil etc.
4. Communication could have been much better.. Shouldn’t have to call them.
5. Follow-up calls are norm at any dealership normally 2 days 1 Week 1 month none so far and we have had the car for 45 days.
6. Second key was from a entirely different vehicle had to bring it to their attention though they rectify this with the help of UPS.
