Popped into Ed's before heading back on the road! The shop is up the street on McCullough, and instead of going to a fast food chain we wanted to support the locals! When I entered there were only 1 customer and I so I got a little scared, if I chose the wrong place or what, but was immediately welcomed by the young man at the register. He was nice and helped take my order. Theres a seating area to the far left of the store with lots of seats. We got the foot long club sandwich, chips and a drink. I was sitting for a bit, and the owner offered me free food due to a cancelation. It was very nice of him to share the food with me and another customer. I was at the right place, at the right time! ? My club was delicious, the bread was so soft and the ingredients were so fresh (minus the bacon because it was soggy)! The meatball sub had a kick, but was hot from the oven and absolutely delicious! They threw in a free side of Mac and cheese which was good also. I'd definitely come back again if I'm ever in town! Phenomenal sandwiches, everything tastes very fresh, and prices are great. Customer service is awesome as well. I recommend getting ur sandwich “Ed’s way”!

Best sandwiches in town. Hands down. The owner is really friendly. He cares about his customers and does a great job updating the restaurant. The staff is wonderful. They take pride in their work and want to get you in and out unless you want to dine in than they welcome you to stay!! Won't eat a sandwich from anywhere else!

The food is good. However, I have ordered many different times, and the meat to bread is a little ridiculous. My husband gets a He Man, and yes, it's a meaty sandwich, but when I order a turkey, there is 1, maybe 2 slices of turkey.

We found this place while checking out the Desert Storm street Party and it was fabulous. The service was great from order to finish. Both of our sandwiches were delicious. We would definitely return when in the area.
