I made a phone appointment for my older Mazda and specified I need a full inspection as I like to keep my cars in good shape and do preventive maintenance.
After I got there, I reminded front desk lady that I will need a full inspection besides the oil change and she confirmed that's what I was booked for. She was very polite, hence the 2 stars.

The oil change went pretty fast and after about 40 min a gentleman came to tell me how much I need to pay, handed me a "full" circle service report card and told me the car is outside. The report said the car is in perfect condition and needs nothing.
Got back to the car to see that the rear window still doesn't work, the air pressure sensor is still ON and the oil leak ( found out later from a mom&pop shop that's the valve cover gasket ) that was my main concern, still flows.

Not sure if the team was in a rush that day or they didn't want to make any money off me, but a I was pretty disappointed. Especially because my friends warned me not to go to the dealership telling me that a dealership is not what it used to be.

I hope my review helps the team at Howard Mazda but mainly the future customers.

We LOVE Ed Howard Mazda! The service people do such a great job with a quick turn around. Courtnee at the Service Desk is absolutely fantastic. So thorough with all of our needs and just a pleasure to work with. It’s like visiting a friend! We couldn’t be happier.

Ever since Courtnee and Doug were put in charge of the service department, the quality of customer service has drastically improved! I had concerns with my Mazda CX-5 and they were very empathetic and acknowledging to them rather than dismissive. I really appreciate and respect their attention to customer satisfaction!
